It was a truly inspiring and motivational experience for all. ASDOH was singled out at the AADMD conference, held in conjunction with the Special Olympics World Games, for its leadership in initiating the nation’s first “Day for Special Smiles” which now has been adopted by other dental schools and associations throughout America. This event provides free oral health services to intellectually and developmentally disabled.
