Dr. Jack Dillenberg was in Chicago to present at the National Dental Association Annual Convention. He joined a panel of dental deans to discuss, “Leadership Setting the Stage for Minority Recruitment.”  He highlighted ASDOH’s successful recruitment and retention of American Indians as a focus of their minority recruitment efforts. ASDOH leads the nation in producing American Indian dentists committed to serving their communities.

With the establishment of ATSU’s advisory council on diversity, ATSU has developed two overarching strategic initiatives to increase minority recruitment, specifically promoting a welcoming, inclusive and accessible university community that values and encourages diversity while promoting cultural proficiency throughout the university community.
