SDL participants from Africa, Asia and the U.S. gathered in London for a week to enhance their leadership skills. Dr. Dillenberg, who participated in the SDL-2 class was asked to present to the SDL-8 participants.

The SDL program is a collaboration between Harvard University, Kings College and the Colgate/Palmolive Company. He was able to initiate collaborations with participants from Tanzania, Fiji, Sudan, the Phllipines, Indonesia and China. While there, he also attended social functions and networked with colleagues based in London to discuss other global opportunities.
