Dr. Jack Dillenberg announces his retirement effective at the end of this academic year

After 15 years as the inaugural dean of the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, Dean Dillenberg has decided to return to public health leadership and policy development. He is committed to advance the inclusion of oral health as a medicare benefit as well as promote the integration of oral health into primary care. Dr. Jack’s passion for improving and increasing oral health services to the at-risk and under served populations is his primary motivation.

Following his announcement, Dr. Jack Dillenberg joined deans from across North America for three days to discuss current issues facing dental education. The topics for discussion included crisis management, university leadership from a university president’s experience and leadership development.
