In celebration of American Indian Recognition month, and his affection for ATSU, Dr. Bluespruce donated a wooden American Indian sculpture.  University leaders, faculty, students and American Indian artisans attended this celebration.

ASDOH hosted a mock CODA site visit in anticipation of the actual site visit in April of 2014. It took a significant effort by many in the ASDOH family to make this visit a great success and a major learning experience for everyone. The examiners were very impressed with ASDOH’s successes and their commitment to their mission.

Dr. Jack Dillenberg finished off his busy week by being one of the keynote presenters, joining Representative Paul Gosar, and Dr. David Preble, Senior Vice President for the American Dental Association, at the AzDA Leadership Conference held at the Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix, Arizona. Congressional Representative Paul Gosar is the only dentist in the U. S. House of Representatives. The group examined the role of oral health in the emerging health care system.
