ASDOH has been asked by the university to pilot the new zero-based budgeting format which Colleen Reidhead and her staff have devoted many hours to ensure its success.
Additionally, the clinic personnel has worked through the challenges of upgrading its patient-management software so that patients, students, faculty and staff can benefit from it.
ASDOH’s Humanitarian Outreach Trips were renamed Global Outreach Trips because students and faculty will now have a broader impact.  In addition to providing oral health care, they will provide  sustainable interventions through training of local community members. This includes integrating the Text2Floss and policy initiatives while assisting the beneficiaries in their communities.
