ASDOH assists in hosting 2016 SAID conference

ASDOH demonstrated its continuing commitment to recruiting and retaining American Indian students into dentistry by participating in the 2016 Society of American Indian Dentists (SAID). Numerous ASDOH faculty and leaders actively participated in lecture presentations and mentoring during the conference.

ATSU, Mesa campus programs began discussions with a local university to create affiliation agreements and other potential collaborations. ASDOH expressed serious interest in working with them to produce more community-minded, clinically excellent oral health leaders.

In addition, Dean Dillenberg made preparations for his upcoming nuptials to be held on June 20th which is both the summer solstice and a full moon which has not occurred in 70 years.
